  • We offer Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

  • All items are shipped directly from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service).

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email with your order summary and tracking information once your item is shipped.

🌎 Customs & Duties

  • Please note that import taxes, duties, or postal handling fees (if any) may be charged by your local customs office. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • In the Philippine Postal Service (PHLPost) may collect a ₱100 customs processing and postal handling fee from the receiver. This is a standard fee charged by PHLPost and is not included in the shipping fee above.
